Vision

New Oaks Consulting is the preferred vendor for consulting, coaching and training services for organizations who recognize a need in the areas of Organizational Strategy, Project Management, Performance Improvement and Talent Management.

Mission

To develop a deep understanding of each client’s needs and leverage our expertise with proven concepts and methodologies providing each client tailored, scalable, engaging solutions for optimal personal, professional and organizational performance and/or outcomes.

Purpose

First: To continually expand our knowledge and understanding of leadership, management, processes and performance improvement concepts and methodologies.

Second: To package our products and services uniquely to provide an optimal solution engaging our client’s personnel to perform the best organizational practices.

Third: To provide support for needed services for the underserved youth and orphans improving and transforming lives for which we give 10% of all revenues.
