Ezekiel Holdeman is a project manager, data analyst, and core member of the New Oaks Consulting leadership team, brining a rare combination of accounting discipline, operational experience, and forward-looking technology integration to client engagements across consulting and manufacturing environments.
He has worked with organizations including Kroger Manufacturing, Lubrizol, and International Brake Industry, where he contributed to cross-functional projects involving data analysis, production planning, and operational transitions.
Ezekiel specializes in turning raw data into decisions. His work includes building Power BI dashboards, developing Excel-based tracking and reporting tools, and analyzing trends to support forecasting, inventory management, and pricing decisions. He has also led supplier transitions, driven process improvements, and worked directly with stakeholders to align project requirements and measurable outcomes.
Ezekiel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cedarville University. He earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, reflecting formal training in project management principles and practices. Additionally, he has completed all four parts of the CPA examination and is also pursuing his CPA credential to broaden his analytical expertise for New Oaks’ client

✦ My journey to improving my verbal communication began during my teenage years, when I worked through a stuttering challenge that impacted my ability to communicate effectively. In high school, I developed a consistent practice of rapping songs released weekly by the rapper E-Dubble, which helped improve my articulation and confidence. As an adult, I continued refining my skills after stumbling upon communication coach Vinh Giang, whose tools and techniques crafted in short form content assisted me in strengthening my ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
✦ My focus on health and fitness has been a gradual but meaningful transformation. For much of my life, I was naturally thin, but over the past three years I have made a consistent investment in my physical well-being. Through regular gym training and improved nutrition, I have slowly yet steadily built healthier habits that have led to lasting, sustainable results.
✦ I have been passionate about drawing since childhood, storing multiple notebooks and leaving sketching supplies everywhere. I continue to enjoy creating art today, and I leverage the skills I’ve developed over time to enhance my ability to visually communicate data and information, both in and out of the workplace.
✦ Having fun at work is important for long-term success. I believe that when you enjoy what you do, you are more likely to stay engaged, perform at a higher level, and find a greater sense of fulfillment. I aim to incorporate the things I genuinely enjoy into my work, allowing me to stay motivated while working toward meaningful and purposeful outcomes. One example of this is that I am a people person at heart and genuinely care about others, so I make an effort to check in on coworkers, recognize accomplishments, offer support when someone is struggling, and build meaningful relationships that help people feel valued and appreciated.
✦ I had the opportunity to travel to Barcelona, Spain for business, which also allowed me to experience the city’s rich culture and history over the weekend. During my free time, I visited the iconic La Sagrada Família, walked along the vibrant La Rambla, and explored many of Barcelona’s unique sights and neighborhoods.
